Renter, Non-Owner Occupant & Resident Owner Information
The following information is of particular interest to prospective renters or non-owner occupant investors as well as resident owner occupants.
One Year Occupancy requirement
Before any owner can rent their unit, the owner has to have personally lived in that unit for one year. 2018_04_18_By-Laws Amendment - New Owner One Year Rental Restriction
Pets
Only two pets are allowed per unit. It can be two cats, one cat and one dog, or only 1 dog. The dog has to be less than 35 lbs at full maturity. This applies to all owners / renters at McNary Highlands.
Unit Modifications
Any unit modifications must have an Architectural Modification Request Form approved by the HOA board.
House Rules
Any renter / owner must comply with the McNary Highlands House Rules
